How much does it cost?
Bronze is $299 a month, Silver is $599 a month and Gold is $999 a month. On Gold, ad spend is separate: no markup on ad spend, and you pay Google and Meta directly.
Is ad spend included in Gold?
No. No markup on ad spend. You pay Google and Meta directly. Gold covers our work setting up and running the ads, so every dollar that goes to the platforms is on your own bill.
Do you guarantee rankings or a number of leads?
No. Google decides where pages appear, and many things outside our hands affect how many people call. What we do is show you each month what we did and what it led to.
What's in the monthly report?
What we did, which sources brought in calls, form leads and bookings, what those may be worth if you share your typical job value, and what changes next.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
Terms are set out in your proposal before any work starts.
What's the difference between the packages?
Each one builds on the last. Bronze covers website care and regular social posts. Silver adds search work and Google Business Profile care, to help people nearby find you on Google. Gold adds paid ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram.
Can I change packages later?
Ask when you request your proposal. How a change works is set out in your proposal before any work starts.
Do I have to talk to a salesperson or book a call?
No. Fill in the four question form and we'll reply by email with a proposal. If you have questions, add them to the note and we'll answer them with your proposal.
What happens after I send the form?
We look at your website or Google listing and reply with a proposal: the package we'd suggest and its pricing, or a note that none fits. We aim to reply to every proposal request within one business day.
