Terms of Use
Finnsight Marketing
Effective date: October 26, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of finnsightmarketing.com (the "site"), which is run by Finnsight Marketing ("Finnsight Marketing," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Client work is covered by a separate agreement
These Terms cover the website only. They do not cover any marketing services we provide. Paid work is governed only by a separate agreement that you and we both sign or accept in writing. If that agreement and these Terms conflict, the agreement controls. Requesting a proposal, receiving one or writing to us does not make you a client and does not create any obligation for either of us to work together.
2. The site is general information, not a promise of results
The site describes how we work, what our packages include and what our monthly reports look like. It is general information only.
- We do not promise any search ranking, number of leads, calls, bookings, sales, revenue or return on ad spend. Results depend on many things we do not control, including your business, your market, your budget and the rules of platforms like Google and Meta.
- Package descriptions are not an offer. What we will do, for what price and on what terms is set only in a written proposal and agreement.
- Nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial or accounting advice.
3. Our content
The site and everything on it, including text, page design, graphics, and our names and logos, belongs to us or to the people who licensed it to us. The fonts on the site are used under the SIL Open Font License.
You may view the site and print or save pages for your own use or for internal use at your business. You may not copy, republish, sell or make other works from the site's content without our written permission, except as the law allows. Using the site does not give you any right to use our names or logos.
4. Using the site properly
When you use the site, you agree not to:
- break any law, or help anyone else do so
- send false information, or send a request in someone else's name without their permission
- send spam, junk messages or harmful code through the contact form
- try to get into parts of the site or our systems that are not public, or interfere with how the site works
- use scripts, crawlers or other tools to copy the site's content or harvest email addresses in bulk, except for search engines indexing public pages
- use the site to collect information about other people
We may block access to the site for anyone who does not follow these rules.
5. What you send us
When you request a proposal or email us, you let us use what you send to answer you, prepare your proposal and talk with you about working together. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you send.
6. Other websites and tools
The site may link to other websites and services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
7. Disclaimer
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, express or implied, including any warranty that it is accurate, complete, fit for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or free of errors or viruses.
8. Limit on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, that come from your use of the site or your inability to use it, even if we were told such damages were possible. This applies to claims based on contract, negligence or any other legal theory.
- Our total liability for all claims about the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
This section does not limit liability for our gross negligence, intentional misconduct or fraud, or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit. It applies only to the site. Liability for paid client work is set by your client agreement.
9. Your responsibility for misuse
If you misuse the site or break these Terms, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, including reasonable attorney's fees, and any amount we have to pay because of it. This does not apply to the extent the claim is caused by our own negligence or misconduct. We will tell you about the claim promptly and work with you reasonably on it.
10. Florida law and where disputes are heard
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its rules on choosing another state's law.
Any lawsuit about the site or these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction.
Small claims. Either of us may instead bring a claim in a small claims court if the claim qualifies for that court.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not apply to a dispute that arose before then. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
12. Other terms
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and that part will be enforced as far as the law allows. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms right away, we have not given up the right to do so later. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and us about your use of the site.
